A hotel and restaurant in the heart of the North Yorkshire Dales, is currently looking to recruit a chefs of varying ability to work all areas and assisting the head chef in running this award winning establishment.
The restaurant serves classic British cuisine to over 50 covers daily, alongside a vast and varied bar/room service menu. The chefs ensure a high level of food service and preparation at all times.
- The ideal candidate will be required to manage the miss en place and all section management.
- As well as this, there is a great chance to succeed within a respected establishment, cooking good quality, fresh and robust cuisine, and hopefully aiming to be promoted quickly.
Ideally, candidates will have at least 6 months experience working in a busy restaurant and will be looking for a long term position where they can learn and prosper.
