The dining room is calm and peaceful for breakfast as light streams in through the French windows with views over the North Yorkshire Dales, but by night, is dark and candle-lit, where guests can linger in an atmosphere of decadence. The Modern British Menu is created by our Head Chef Aaron Craig and his team. Aaron has worked in award winning restaurants in Britain and Europe and is proud to be working with the beautiful local produce of the North Yorkshire Dales.
