In 2017 we launched our kitchen garden which now supplies vegetables and fresh fruit for your menu as well as cresses and herbs to garnish your cocktails.

Situated a couple of minutes from Yorebridge House, this family run butchers has supplied Meat to us since the first day we opened in 2008.
Head chef Dan and ‘Gaj’ have worked together for the last 7 years to bring the best quality, local meat to the table.

Wellocks supplies every Michelin-starred restaurant in the North, as well as many other high quality restaurants.
Dan has worked with Pasque since his Rockliffe Hall days 10 years ago, the pair strive to promote the finest ingredients from small UK suppliers to achieve a luxury menu!

Wensleydale Creamery (Hawes)
In December 2013, this Yorkshire Cheese achieved European Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) which means it can only be produced here, in Wensleydale – much like the protected status of the world's best Champagnes!
You can go and visit the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre between 10am & 4pm Monday-Saturday, watch all the cheeses being made and purchase a slice of Wensleydale to take home with you!
